Plastic raffia 1960s lemon yellow hat

It can be Springtime ALL the time with this fabulous vintage 1960s hat woven from wide strands of lemon yellow plastic raffia.

It has a flat crown and straight brim, and is topped off with a matching yellow chiffon scarf. There is Petersham ribbon to trim inside.
