Rare vintage British boutique maxi dress by the highly collectable counter-culture label Mina of England, Carnaby Street.
This incredible kaftan-style gown is a wonderful slice of late 1960s to early 1970s London fashion history. It is crafted from a comfortable, crisp mid-weight cotton in a striking cornflower blue shade. The standout feature is its dramatic, oversized matching hood and draped angel sleeves.
The dress is features a large ornate, metallic gold and black bohemian mandala block print down the front, accented by coordinating decorative borders along the hood, hem, sleeves, and collar. It has a relaxed, loose-fitting column silhouette with a split neckline at the front that can be worn open or closed.
